Meet the Castra Conveyor

The Castra Conveyor is designed to meet the requirements of todays modern poultry farms. With a width of only 50cm, it can convey up to 45,000 eggs per hour. The new patented egg carrier enables transfers to and from the Castra Conveyor to be as gentle as possible and to overcome steep angles of up to 30 degrees. The Castra Conveyor has been specially designed to improve egg quality worldwide compared to traditional systems known on the market.

Our unique patented variable egg carrier transports eggs from the poultry house to the packer with the utmost care.

Eggbelt extension

The Castra Conveyor can also be used as an eggbelt extension, to bring the eggs from multiple eggbelts, found in mutiple housing systems, to the central cross-conveyor. This ensures the very best egg-handlingsystem available.

Unique transfer plate

The drive unit is equipped with a special patented transfer plate, which absorbs any shock during transfer to the packer.
